Who May Respond. Any Motor Vehicle Manufacturers or Dealers, who are registered with and considered to be in good standing by the Florida Department of State, may respond. To be eligible for award, a Bidder is to satisfy the requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions of the solicitation and demonstrate their capability to perform a statewide Contract in the State of Florida, and is authorized by the Florida Department of State to do business in the State of Florida. NOTE: Pursuant to section 607.1501, Florida Statutes, out-of-state corporations where required, must obtain a Florida Certificate of Authorization pursuant to section 607.1503, Florida Statutes, from the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations, to transact business in the State of Florida. The Respondent out-of-state corporations agree to attain such authorization within seven business days of notice of award, if the Respondent is awarded.
