Wellness Pay. One day of pay will be given for each five (5) days of unused sick leave over one hundred twenty (120) to one hundred thirty- f ive (135) days accumulated. There is no pro-ration. An employee may be paid for a maximum of three (3) days of wellness pay per year. W e l l n e s s p a y w i l l b e c a l c u l a t e d a t t h e e n d o f t h e s c h o o l y e a r a n d e m p l o y e e s w i l l b e n o t i f i e d a t t h a t t i m e . Payment will occur in October for hours accumulated from the previous year. Employees will be notified at time of payment.
