Welfare Fund. (a) On work covered by this Agreement, the Employer agrees to pay into the Indiana State Council of Plasterers and Cement Masons Welfare Fund (“Welfare Fund”) the amount provided for in Section 8.1(a) above for each hour worked by Employees. Payments shall be made in accordance with Section 8.9 below and on the dates, in the manner, form and in accordance with the rules and regulations, as adopted by the Trustees of the Welfare Fund.
