WELDING TEST. Non-ticketed welders requesting a welding test will be provided with a coupon by the Company and test on their own time and pay for the cost of testing. Welders required to retest shall retest on their own time and the Company will pay for the test if test is successful. At layoff, any employee classified as a welder whose ticket has expired during employment with the Company shall be provided with the facilities to retest on his own time, and, if successful, the Company will pay for the test.
