Welder. 3.03 No conditions of work, different from the conditions set out in this Agreement, will be maintained or continued, sought, instituted, or condoned by the Union, the Employer or the ECANB. 3.04 This agreement is applicable to all work performed by members of Local Union 502 IBEW in the employ of an Employer within the geographical jurisdiction of the Local Union.
