Common use of Weeks Clause in Contracts

Weeks. Employees who have completed 25 years of accredited service with the Company will be granted five (5) weeks of vacation at their basic rate of pay.

Weeks. Employees who have completed 25 5 years of accredited service with the Company will be granted five three (53) weeks of vacation at their basic rate of pay.

Weeks. Employees who have completed 25 15 years of accredited service with the Company will be granted five four (54) weeks of vacation at their basic rate of pay.
