If you need to cancel or postpone an appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Likewise, if I am unexpectedly unable to see you, I will give as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative appointment. Please ensure I always have your up-to-date contact details. I appreciate that sudden events, illness and emergencies do happen. In these circumstances I will be as flexible as possible in re-arranging your appointment. However, the full session fee will be charged for repeat cancellations and unattended appointments without appropriate notice. In the case of my own emergency I keep a list of first names and contact numbers (there are no other identifying details) for all current clients in a locked cabinet so that my designated representative may contact you. If for any reason you are late for a session, you will be seen for the duration of the remainder of your allotted time to prevent disruption to other clients. I will give you advance notice of holidays and appointments I cannot make. I politely ask that you do the same. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY I take your confidentiality seriously. Information you bring to sessions will remain confidential except in exceptional circumstances.   • Work Day and Work Week (A) The normal hours of work for all full-time employees shall be thirty-five (35) hours per week, or seventy (70) hours per two consecutive weeks. All employees are entitled to thirty-two (32) consecutive hours free from work each week, unless overtime rates are paid, as per Article 29.02.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Work Day/Work Week 1. The work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days Monday through Friday of no more than eight (8) hours per day and no more than forty (40) hours per work week. This shall not restrict the extension of the employee’s usual and customary workday or workweek when such is necessary to carry on the business of the School District. Employees who actually work more than forty (40) hours per week will receive overtime pay (time-and-a-half).

  • Monday through Friday Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the weight, size and position of all safes and other heavy property brought into the Building and also the times and manner of moving the same in and out of the Building. Safes and other heavy objects shall, if considered necessary by Landlord, stand on supports of such thickness as is necessary to properly distribute the weight. Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such safe or property in any case. Any damage to any part of the Building, its contents, occupants or visitors by moving or maintaining any such safe or other property shall be the sole responsibility and expense of Tenant.

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.
