Common use of Weekend Differential Clause in Contracts

Weekend Differential. For purposes of this section only, a nurse who works between the hours of 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:30 p.m. Sunday shall receive a weekend differential of five dollars ($5.00) per hour in addition to their regular rate of pay and shift differential if appropriate. In addition, nurses who work a minimum of three (3) hours between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Friday shall receive the weekend differential per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Friday in addition to their regular rate of pay.
