Common use of Water Collective Bargaining Agreements Clause in Contracts

Water Collective Bargaining Agreements. Water shall expressly assume all collective bargaining agreements and associated liabilities so identified on Schedule 10(a) effective as of the Distribution Date. For each such collective bargaining agreement in effect as of the Distribution Date, Water agrees to recognize the union which is a party to each such collective bargaining agreement as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for the Water Employees covered under the terms of each such collective bargaining agreement.
