If any Services or goods offered by the Contractor are found to be defective in material or workmanship, or do not conform to Contractor’s warranty, the State Entity shall have the option of returning, repairing, or replacing the defective Services or goods at Contractor’s expense. Payment for Services and any goods shall not constitute acceptance. Acceptance by the State Entity shall not relieve the Contractor of its warranty or any other obligation under the Contract.
