WAREHOUSE LIGHTING. Provide 16' high output fluorescent strip light fixtures or metal halide fixtures to achieve 15 foot candles of light measured at 30" above the floor in the warehouse space.
WAREHOUSE LIGHTING. Metal Halide lights mounted at roof joints are included to provide approximately one fixture per 600 square feet of warehouse.
WAREHOUSE LIGHTING. (1) General warehouse lighting to be 400 watt metal halide fixtures suspended between the bar joists. Lighting will be installed pursuant to the floor plan provided by Customer Chrome to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Said plan calls for approximately 125 fixtures. (2) Picking Area Lighting - Nine (9) each double tube, 81 florescent lights with reflectors will be provided at a height of 12' at the picking area (along conveyor line).
WAREHOUSE LIGHTING. Tenant intends to replace the lighting system and fixtures servicing the warehouse portion of the Premises with a new system and fixtures (“Replacement Lighting System”). In contracting for the Replacement Lighting System, Tenant intends to enter into an operating lease with a third party, at the end of which Tenant will have the option of purchasing the Replacement Lighting System and to keep it in the Premises. If Tenant purchases the Replacement Lighting System, it is understood that it shall become property of Landlord and remain upon and be surrendered with the Premises at the expiration of the Term. If Tenant does not purchase the Replacement Lighting System, Tenant shall restore the warehouse lighting to the same condition as existed prior to Tenant’s installation of the Replacement Lighting System.
WAREHOUSE LIGHTING. In Bays 1.7 and 2.7, install high bay 277/480 volt florescent fixtures with T5 lamps on high bays and T8 lamps on low bays (under mezzanine) and electronic instant start ballast with optically efficient reflectors, and motion sensors at each fixture, achieving 30fc of average light measured 36” above floor level. In addition to the foregoing, all existing lighting fixtures in Bays 1.5, 1.7, and 2.7 (except to the extent any such lighting fixtures are being replaced pursuant to the foregoing sentence) shall be in good working order and condition. All warehouse lighting work to be completed by 4/30/13 for Bays 1.7 and 2.7.
WAREHOUSE LIGHTING. All warehouse lighting to be metal halide fixtures suspended between the bar joists. Lighting levels will be to 30' candles.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Equipment 26.1 The Supplier is responsible for providing any Equipment which the Supplier requires to provide the Services. 26.2 Any Equipment brought onto the premises will be at the Supplier's own risk and the Buyer will have no liability for any loss of, or damage to, any Equipment. 26.3 When the Call-Off Contract Ends or expires, the Supplier will remove the Equipment and any other materials leaving the premises in a safe and clean condition.

  • Parking Throughout the Lease Term, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use, free of charges, the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary, which parking spaces constitute the entirety of the parking under the Building and the adjacent surface parking, being all of the parking in the Project. Tenant shall comply with the Parking Rules and Regulations which are in effect on the date hereof, as set forth in the attached Exhibit D and all reasonable modifications and additions thereto which are prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the Parking Areas by Landlord, and/or Landlord’s Parking Operator (as defined below); provided that such modifications or alterations do not effect Tenant’s use of or access to the Parking Areas. Landlord specifically reserve the right to change the size, configuration, design, layout, of the Parking Areas, and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, temporarily close-off or restrict access to the Parking Areas, so long as Tenant retains access to the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary. Landlord may delegate its responsibilities hereunder to a parking operator (the “Parking Operator”) in which case the Parking Operator shall have all the rights of control attributed hereby to Landlord. Any parking tax or other charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with the use of such parking shall be paid directly by Tenant or the parking users, or, if directly imposed against Landlord, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all such taxes and/or charges within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s demand therefor. The parking rights provided to Tenant pursuant to this Article 23 are provided solely for use by Tenant’s own personnel visitors and invitees and such rights may not be transferred, assigned, subleased or otherwise alienated by Tenant without Landlord’s prior approval, except in connection with an assignment of this Lease or sublease of the Premises made in accordance with Article 14 above.

  • Vehicles If an employee is required to use their own automobile in the performance of their duties, the Employer shall ensure that the position posting or advertisement shall include this requirement.

  • Office Equipment The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Provider’s consent, which the Provider may refuse at its absolute discretion.
