Waiver of Tenure. The Superintendent acknowledges that, pursuant to the School Code, she waives any right to tenure in the School District by virtue of entering into this multi-year contract and any multi-year extension thereof.
Waiver of Tenure. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the SUPERINTENDENT waives all rights of tenure granted under the Illinois School Code during the term of this Agreement.
Waiver of Tenure. By accepting the terms of a multi-year contract, XXXXXXX acknowledges that he waives all rights granted him under Sections 24- 11 through 24-16 of The School Code for the duration of his employment under a multi-year employment contract.
Waiver of Tenure. The Superintendent acknowledges that by accepting the terms of this multi-year Superintendent’s Employment Agreement, the Superintendent waives any right to tenure in the School District solely for the duration of this multi-year Agreement pursuant to Section 5/10-23.8 of The School Code. The Superintendent shall not lose any previously acquired tenure credit with the School District.
Waiver of Tenure. The Assistant Superintendent for Student Services acknowledges that, by accepting the terms of this multi-year employment agreement, the Assistant Superintendent for Student Services waives any rights to tenure in the District for the duration of this multi-year Agreement or any multi-year extension hereof, pursuant to Section 5/10-23.8a of The School Code.
Waiver of Tenure. The Administrator acknowledges that, pursuant to Sections 10-23.8 and 10.23.8a of the School Code, he waives any right to tenure in the School District by virtue of entering into this multi-year contract and any multi-year extension thereof.
Waiver of Tenure. By accepting the terms of a multi-year contract, the Superintendent acknowledges that he waives all rights granted to him under Sections 24-11 through 24-16 of the Illinois School Code for the duration of his employment as a Superintendent of the School District.
Waiver of Tenure. The Administrator acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 10-23.8 of the School Code, she waives any right to tenure in the School District by virtue of entering into this multi-year contract and any multi-year extension thereof. However, pursuant to the law, the Administrator does not waive and/or loose any previously acquired tenure and associated rights under the law.
Waiver of Tenure. The PRESIDENT waives any right to tenure or other contract continuation at the COLLEGE during the term of this Agreement, by virtue of entering into this Agreement and any amendments hereto.
Waiver of Tenure. The PRINCIPAL acknowledges that, pursuant to the School Code, he/she waives all rights to tenure in the School District only for the term of this multi-year Contract and any extension thereof.
