Vomiting and Diarrhea. Children suffering from vomiting, diarrhea, or have similar symptoms are not permitted to attend classes and must stay home.

Vomiting and Diarrhea. If your child has vomited or experienced frequent watery diarrhea they should be kept home for 24 hours after the last episode. A single episode without accompanied fever may not be enough reason to miss school.
Vomiting and Diarrhea. If your child, or anyone who will have to accompany your child to therapy, has diarrhea and/or vomiting, please keep your child home. These symptoms are often due to highly contagious illness. Clients must remain symptom free for 24 hours after vomiting/diarrhea has stopped before returning to therapy. Colds and Coughs: Symptoms of colds and/or cough that warrant keeping your child, or anyone accompanying your child to therapy, at home include, but are not limited to: • Green or yellow nasal drainage • Persistent, hacking cough • A cough that is producing green or yellow phlegm • May present with or without fever If your child has just a cold, please notify Xxx. If your child is unable to participate in their daily routines at home, or to go to school, they are probably too sick to be at therapy.

  • Reporting and Documenting Breaches 6.1 Business Associate shall Report to Covered Entity any Breach of Unsecured PHI as soon as it, or any Person to whom PHI is disclosed under this Agreement, becomes aware of any such Breach, and in no event later than five (5) business days after such awareness, except when a law enforcement official determines that a notification would impede a criminal investigation or cause damage to national security.
