Volunteer Requirements. 2.20.1 Any requirement that parents commit a number of volunteer hours shall be subject to a waiver process that considers individual family circumstances. The Charter Operator shall not condition the enrollment of any student on the commitment of the student’s parents to provide any number of volunteer hours or on otherwise donating volunteer hours to the Charter School.
