Voluntary Terminations and Reductions. The Borrowers may at any time terminate, or from time to time reduce, the Commitments of any Class; provided that (i) each reduction of the Commitments of such Class shall be in an amount that is at least equal to $10,000,000 or any greater multiple of $5,000,000, (ii) the Borrowers shall not terminate or reduce the Revolving Credit Commitments if, after giving effect to any concurrent prepayment of Revolving Credit Loans (or cover for Letters of Credit by deposit by any Obligor to the Letter of Credit Collateral Account) in accordance with the terms hereof, the total Revolving Credit Exposures would exceed the total Revolving Credit Commitments and (iii) the Borrowers shall not terminate or reduce the Incremental Loan Commitments of any Series if, after giving effect to any concurrent prepayment of the Incremental Loans of such Series in accordance with Section 2.11, the total Incremental Loan Exposures of such Series would exceed the total Incremental Loan Commitments of such Series.

Voluntary Terminations and Reductions. The Borrowers may at any time terminate, or from time to time reduce, the Synthetic LC Funding Amounts; provided that (i) each reduction of the Synthetic LC Funding Amounts shall be in an amount that is at least equal to $10,000,000 or any greater multiple of $5,000,000 and (ii) the Borrowers shall not terminate or reduce the Synthetic LC Funding Amounts if, after giving effect to any concurrent cancellation or expiration of Synthetic Letters of Credit, (or cover for Synthetic Letters of Credit by deposit by any Obligor to the Synthetic Letter of Credit Collateral Account) in accordance with the terms hereof, the total Synthetic LC Exposures would exceed the total Synthetic LC Funding Amounts.

  • Voluntary Termination Executive may voluntarily terminate Executive’s employment for any reason upon 30 days’ prior written notice. In such event, after the effective date of such termination, except as provided in Section 2.2 with respect to a resignation for Good Reason, no further payments shall be due under this Agreement, except that Executive shall be entitled to any benefits accrued in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Company.

  • Voluntary Termination by the Executive Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Executive may, upon not less than thirty (30) days' written notice to the Company, voluntarily terminate employment for any reason (including retirement under the terms of the Company's retirement plan as in effect from time to time).
