Voluntary Reduction from Classes Designated as Vulnerable to Layoff Appeal. An employee in a class designated by the County as vulnerable to layoff may request a voluntary reduction to any class provided the employee possesses the minimum qualifications and has passed any required performance tests for the class to which reduction is requested. Such employees shall be placed on Agency/Department rehire list pursuant to Article XI, Section 5.
