VOLUNTARY CHECKOFF OF UNION FEES AND DEDUCTIONS. 4.1 The Employer will provide a voluntary checkoff under existing procedures and shall check off dues and service fees and voluntary political contributions from all employees and shall make every reasonable effort to remit same to the Secretary-Treasurer of Local 1994 on a biweekly basis. Any voluntary political check-off form provided by the Union shall be in compliance with Federal and State election law requirements.
