Common use of Violation of the Dues Check Clause in Contracts

Violation of the Dues Check. Off Clause of this Agreement is specifically exempted from the application of the grievance and arbitration procedure. (If the Employer violates the provisions of the dues check-off clause of this Agreement, the Union, without violation of this Agreement, shall be permitted to strike the Employer to remedy such violation, provided, the Employer is given a certified written notice by the Union of its violation and is further allowed a period of fifteen (15) days to remedy said violation).
