Village Board of Trustees. Any such appeal shall be heard and determined as expeditiously as possible, but consistent with any required notice of meetings for public bodies (designated * above). However, nothing herein shall be deemed to authorize Contractor to fail, refuse or delay performance of services hereunder in accordance with such decision(s) pending determination of such appeal. If Contractor remains dissatisfied with the final determination of an appeal, Contractor may file a written notice that its performance thereunder is under protest, with all reasons or objections set forth in detail therein, but Contractor shall remain obligated to perform such services in accordance with the decision(s) as determined on the appeal(s).

  • Leave, Board of Directors A nurse who is elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Nurses' Association, other than to the office of President, shall be granted upon request such leave(s) of absence as she or he may require to fulfill the duties of the position. Reasonable notice - sufficient to adequately allow the Hospital to minimize disruption of its services shall be given to the Hospital for such leave of absence. Notwithstanding Article 10.04, there shall be no loss of seniority or service for a nurse during such leave of absence. Leave of absence under this provision shall be in addition to the Union leave provided in Article 11.02
