Viewing Conditions. A. All visual inspection will be made under normal artificial lighting, unaided and viewed in a manner that duplicates the typical end use of the vehicle. During cosmetic inspection, only visual qualities (appearance) of the part surface shall be considered. Surfaces shall be viewed without the aid of magnification, at an angle approx. 45°to normal of the surface to be inspected.

  • GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.

  • CHANGE IN CONDITIONS Any changes to the condition of the site or work from the time of the proposal to the time when Company starts the work shall be the responsibility of the Customer. Customer shall immediately notify Company by email of any changes not previously disclosed regarding the setup or site conditions. In the event of an increase in the work, the contract price shall be increased by a fair and reasonable valuation based upon the original contract rates. In either an increase or decrease in work, Customer shall provide an extra work notification to Company. Signing a time sheet is an automatic or extra work notification & serves as authorization of overtime pay.

  • PRICING CONDITIONS County agrees to pay Contractor for all services required herein as prescribed, fixed at the submitted pricing, which shall include reimbursement for all expenses incurred. No other expenses shall be paid to Contractor without formal approval of the County’s Board of Supervisors or its authorized agent. In no event shall the total services to be performed hereunder exceed $_____________________. County shall not be responsible for any charges or expenses incurred by Contractor, his/her agents, employees or independent Contractors, other than those listed herein, in connection with the performance of services hereunder unless authorized in advance in writing by County.

  • Other Unforeseen Conditions If unknown physical conditions are encountered at the Site that differ materially from those indicated in the Contract Documents, then the Contractor shall give notice to the Design Professional promptly before conditions are further disturbed, but in no event later than two business days after the first observance of the conditions. The Design Professional shall promptly investigate such conditions and, if they differ materially and cause an increase or decrease in the Contractor's cost or time required for performance of any part of the Work, the Design Professional may recommend an adjustment by Change Order to the Contract Sum or Contract Time, or both. If the Design Professional determines that the conditions at the Site are not materially different from those indicated in the Contract Documents and that no change in the terms of the Contract is justified, the Design Professional shall so notify the Owner and the Contractor in writing, stating the reasons. Protest by either party of the Design Professional’s decision shall be in accordance with Section 5, Part 2.

  • Other Working Conditions Unless modified by Paragraphs 31 to 49 inclusive, all other studio working conditions shall prevail on distant location.
