Common use of Verifying Increments Clause in Contracts

Verifying Increments. In order to qualify for professional growth credit, official transcripts, grade reports or other suitable evidence showing satisfactory completion of an approved course must be submitted with the Request for Professional Growth Increment form no later than June 1st. Employees taking classes for a letter grade must attain a grade of C or higher. This professional growth increment shall be effective July 1st of the same calendar year.
