Common use of Variation by agreement Clause in Contracts

Variation by agreement. Subject to sub-clause 16.2 hereof the method of working shifts/hours may in any case be varied by agreement between the Company and the relevant employee/s concerned. Provided that where no agreement is reached then 7 days notice of alteration may be given by the Company.
