Valid Driver’s License Required. If an employee loses his/her driver’s license or commercial driver’s license, the Employer will take one or both of the following actions at the Employer’s discretion: - take disciplinary action pursuant to the Agreement. - identify and assign non-driving work duties if available as determined by the Employer.
