Valid Acceptances definition

Valid Acceptances of this Offer Document, in computing the number of Offer Shares represented by acceptances, the Offeror will, at the time of making an announcement, take into account acceptances which are valid in all respects. Acceptances of the Offer will only be treated as valid for the purposes of the acceptance condition if the relevant requirements of Note 2 on Rule 28.1 of the Code are met.
