Vacation Policy. The Executive shall be entitled to three (3) weeks of paid vacation during each year of the Term until Executive has been employed by the Company for ten (10) years when the Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation during each year of the Term until Executive has been employed by the Company for twenty (20) years when the Executive shall be entitled to five (5) weeks paid vacation during each year of the Term.
