- Vacation Benefit Levels. Eligible employees shall earn vacations with pay in accordance with the following schedule: Employees Working a 24-Hour Shift Employee's Credited Continuous Service Working Days’ Vacation per Year One through Four Years 6 Days Five through Seven Years 7 Days Eight through Nine Years 8 Days Ten through Fifteen Years 9 Days Sixteen through Seventeen Years 10 Days Eighteen through Twenty Years 11 Days Twenty-One or more Years 12 Days Employees Working an 8-Hour Shift Employee's Credited Continuous Service Working Hours’ Vacation per Year One through Four Years 96 Hours Five through Seven Years 120 Hours Eight through Nine Years 128 Hours Ten through Fifteen Years 144 Hours Sixteen through Seventeen Years 168 Hours Eighteen through Twenty Years 176 Hours Twenty-One or more Years 208 Hours If an employee moves from a 24-hour shift to an 8-hour shift, or vice versa, their vacation bank shall be converted to reflect the equivalent number of work days off.
