Notice of all vacancies and newly created positions shall be posted on employee bulletin boards within five one (51) pay period from the date of vacancy and the employees shall be given three (3) working days from in which to make application to fill the date the vacancy or new position. The District determines that will fill all vacancies within a vacancy exists. Employees shall be given threereasonable time frame of no less than thirty (30) working days.
