Utilities and Appliances. a. PHA-supplied utilities: If indicated by an (X) in paragraph 10(a) of this Lease, the PHA will supply the indicated utility (electricity, gas, water, sewer service, or trash collection). Tenant will pay directly for all other utilities. The PHA will not be liable for any disruptions in service or failures of the utility service provided by the PHA. Utilities shall be used for normal household purposes only. Tenant agrees not to waste any utilities provided by the PHA and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines of any governmental entity regulating utilities or fuels.
