Common use of USWC Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

USWC Responsibilities. 9.5.2.1 USWC is responsible for maintaining Listings, including entering, changing, correcting, rearranging and removing Listings in accordance with Integra orders. USWC will take reasonable steps in accordance with industry practices to accommodate non-published and non-listed Listings provided that Integra has supplied USWC the necessary privacy indicators on such Listings.

USWC Responsibilities. 9.5.2.1 USWC is responsible for maintaining Listings, including entering, changing, correcting, rearranging and removing Listings in accordance with Integra DSLnet orders. USWC will take reasonable steps in accordance with industry practices to accommodate non-published and non-listed Listings provided that Integra DSLnet has supplied USWC the necessary privacy indicators on such Listings.

USWC Responsibilities. 9.5.2.1 USWC is responsible for maintaining Listings, including entering, changing, correcting, rearranging and removing Listings in accordance with Integra NAS orders. USWC will take reasonable steps in accordance with industry practices to accommodate non-published and non-listed Listings provided that Integra NAS has supplied USWC the necessary privacy indicators on such Listings.

USWC Responsibilities. 9.5.2.1 USWC is responsible for maintaining Listings, including entering, changing, correcting, rearranging and removing Listings in accordance with Integra Teligent orders. USWC will take reasonable steps in accordance with industry practices to accommodate non-published and non-listed Listings provided that Integra Teligent has supplied USWC the necessary privacy indicators on such Listings.

USWC Responsibilities. 9.5.2.1 USWC is responsible for maintaining Listings, including entering, changing, correcting, rearranging and removing Listings in accordance with Integra NewPath orders. USWC will take reasonable steps in accordance with industry practices to accommodate non-published and non-listed Listings provided that Integra NewPath has supplied USWC the necessary privacy indicators on such Listings.

USWC Responsibilities. 9.5.2.1 USWC is responsible for maintaining Listings, including entering, changing, correcting, rearranging and removing Listings in accordance with Integra Pac-West orders. USWC will take reasonable steps in accordance with industry practices to accommodate non-published and non-listed Listings provided that Integra Pac-West has supplied USWC the necessary privacy indicators on such Listings.

USWC Responsibilities. 9.5.2.1 USWC is responsible for maintaining Listings, including entering, changing, correcting, rearranging and removing Listings in accordance with Integra AT&T orders. USWC will take reasonable steps in accordance with industry practices to accommodate non-published and non-listed Listings provided that Integra AT&T has supplied USWC the necessary privacy indicators on such Listings.
