Common use of USES PROHIBITED Clause in Contracts

USES PROHIBITED. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises nor bring or keep anything therein which is not within the permitted use of the Premises which will in any way increase the existing rate of or affect any fire or other insurance upon the Property or any of its contents or cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Property or any part thereof of any of its contents. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of any existing “USE AGREEMENTS” or injure or annoy it or use or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or objectionable purpose; nor shall Tenant cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, on or about the Premises. Tenant shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste in or upon the Premises.

USES PROHIBITED. Tenant shall not do or nor permit anything to be done in or about the Premises Premises, nor bring or keep anything therein which is not within the permitted use of the Premises Premises, which will in any way increase the existing rate of or affect any fire or other insurance upon the Property Building or any of its contents or contents, nor cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Building or the Property Center or any part thereof of or any of its contents. Tenant shall not do or nor permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of any existing “USE AGREEMENTS” other tenants or occupants of the Building or the Center or injure or annoy it or them nor use or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or objectionable purpose; nor shall Tenant cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, on or about the Premises. Tenant shall not commit or nor allow to be committed any waste in or upon the Premises.

Tenant shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste in or upon the PremisesBuilding.

Tenant shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste in or upon the Premises.

Tenant Lessee shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises nor shall Lessee bring or keep anything therein which is not within the permitted use of the Premises which will in any way increase the existing rate of or affect any fire or other insurance upon the Property Premise or the contents of any of its contents building thereon, or which would cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Property or any part thereof of any of said Premises or its contents. Tenant Lessee shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of any existing “USE AGREEMENTS” other tenants or occupants of the Property or injure or annoy it such other tenants or occupants, nor shall Lessee use or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or objectionable purpose; , nor shall Tenant Lessee cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, on or about the Premises. Tenant Lessee shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste in or upon the Premises.

Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of any existing “USE AGREEMENTS” other Tenants or occupants of the Shopping Center or injure or annoy it them or use or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or objectionable purpose; nor shall Tenant cause, maintain maintain, or permit any nuisance in, on or about the Premises. Tenant shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste in or upon the Premises.

Tenant shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste in or upon the Premises.

Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of any existing “USE AGREEMENTS” other tenants or occupants of the Center or injure or annoy it them or use or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or objectionable purpose; nor shall Tenant cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, on or about the Premises. Tenant shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste in or upon the Premises.

Tenant shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste in or upon the Premises. Tenant agrees to keep all rubbish and trash from accumulating in or upon the Premises and will keep the area surrounding the property thereon free and clear at all times.
