Common use of USES PROHIBITED Clause in Contracts

USES PROHIBITED. Tenant shall not commit or suffer to be committed on the Premises any waste, nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in or around the Premises, nor allow any sale by auction or any other use of the Premises for an unlawful purpose. Tenant shall not (i) damage or overload the electrical, mechanical or plumbing systems of the Premises, (ii) attach, hang or suspend anything from the ceiling, walls or columns of the Building in excess of the load limits for which such ceiling, walls or columns are designed, or set any load on the floor in excess of the load limits for which such floors are designed, or (iii) generate dust, fumes or waste products which create a fire or health hazard or damage the Premises or any portion of the Project, including without limitation the soils or ground water in or around the Project. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature, or any waste materials, refuse, scrap or debris, shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the Building without Landlord’s prior approval, which approval may be withheld in its sole discretion.

USES PROHIBITED. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Agents shall not commit or suffer to be committed on the Premises or any portion of the Project any waste, nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in or around user of the PremisesProject, nor allow any sale by auction or any other use of the Premises for an unlawful purpose. Tenant shall not (i) damage or overload the electrical, mechanical or plumbing systems of the Premises, (ii) attach, hang or suspend anything from the ceiling, walls or columns of the Building in excess of the load limits for which such ceiling, walls or columns are designed, or set any load on the floor in excess of the load limits for which such floors are designed, or (iii) generate dust, fumes or waste products which create a fire or health hazard or damage the Premises or any portion of the Project, including without limitation the soils or ground water in or around the Project. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature, or any waste materials, refuse, scrap or debris, shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises Project outside of the Building without Landlord’s prior approval, which approval may be withheld in its sole and absolute discretion.

No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature, or any waste materials, refuse, scrap or debris, shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the Building without Landlord’s 's prior approval, which approval may be withheld in its sole discretion.

No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature, or any waste materials, refuse, scrap or debris, shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the Building without Landlord’s 's prior approval, which approval may be withheld in its sole discretion.

USES PROHIBITED. Tenant shall not commit commit, or suffer to be committed on committed, any waste upon the Premises said Premises, or any waste, nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in or around the Premises, nor Buildings in which the Premises may be located or allow any sale by auction or any other use of the Premises for an unlawful purpose. Tenant shall not (i) damage or overload the electrical, mechanical or plumbing systems of upon the Premises, (ii) attachor allow the Premises to be used for any unlawful or objectionable purpose, hang or suspend anything from place any loads upon the ceilingfloor, walls, or ceiling which endanger the structure, or use any machinery or apparatus which will in any manner vibrate or shake the Premises or the Building of which it is a part to such an extent as to significantly endanger the structural integrity, floors or interior walls or columns of the Building in excess of or the load limits for which such ceiling, walls or columns are designedPremises, or set place any load on harmful liquids or hazardous materials in the floor in excess of the load limits for which such floors are designeddrainage system of, or (iii) generate dust, fumes upon or waste products which create a fire or health hazard or damage the Premises or any portion of the Project, including without limitation in the soils or ground water surrounding the Building in or around the Projectviolation of law. No Except in enclosed refuse storage areas, no materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature, nature or any waste materials, refuse, scrap or debris, debris shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the Building proper without Landlord’s 's prior approval, which approval may be withheld in its sole reasonable discretion.

Tenant shall not (i) damage or overload the electrical, mechanical or plumbing systems of the Premises, (ii) attach, hang or suspend anything from the ceiling, walls or columns of the Building Buildings in excess of the load limits for which such ceiling, walls or columns items are designed, designed or set any load on the floor in excess of the load limits for which such floors are for which the floor is designed, or (iii) generate dust, fumes or waste products which create a fire or health hazard or damage the Premises or any portion of the Project, including without limitation the soils or ground water in or around the Project. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-semi- finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature, or any waste materials, refuse, scrap or debris, shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the Building Buildings without Landlord’s 's prior approval, which approval may be withheld in its sole reasonable discretion.

USES PROHIBITED. Tenant shall not commit or suffer to be committed on the Premises any waste, nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in or around the PremisesProject, nor allow any sale by auction or any other use of the Premises for an unlawful purpose. Tenant shall not (i) damage or overload the electrical, mechanical or plumbing systems of the Premises, (ii) attach, hang or suspend anything from the ceiling, walls ceiling or columns of the Building in excess of the load limits for which such ceiling, walls or columns are designed, building or set any load on the floor in excess of the load limits for which such floors items are designed, or (iii) generate dust, fumes or waste products which create a fire or health hazard or damage the Premises or any portion of the Project, including without limitation the soils or ground water in or around the Project. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature, or any waste materials, refuse, scrap or debris, shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the Building (excluding items stored in permitted storage enclosures designed for such purpose) without Landlord’s 's prior approval, which approval may be withheld in its sole discretion.

Tenant shall not commit or suffer to be committed on the Premises any waste, nuisance, or other act or thing which may unreasonably disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in or around the Premises, nor allow any sale by auction or any other use of the Premises for an unlawful purpose. Tenant shall not (i) damage or overload the electrical, mechanical or plumbing systems of the Premises, (ii) attach, hang or suspend anything from the ceiling, walls or columns of the Building building in excess of the load limits for which such ceiling, walls or columns items are designed, designed or set any load on the floor in excess of the load limits for which such floors are the floor is designed, or (iii) generate dust, fumes or waste products which create a fire or health hazard or damage the Premises or any portion of the Project, including without limitation in the soils or ground water in or around surrounding the ProjectBuilding. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature, or any waste materials, refuse, scrap or debris, shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the Building without Landlord’s 's prior approval, which approval may be withheld in its sole discretion.

Tenant shall not (i) damage or overload the electrical, mechanical or plumbing systems of the Premises, (ii) attach, hang or suspend anything from the ceiling, walls or columns of the Building in excess if it would endanger the structural integrity of the load limits for which such ceiling, walls or columns are designed, Building or set any load on the floor in excess of the load limits for which such floors items are designeddesigned if it would endanger the structural integrity of the Building, or (iii) generate dust, fumes or waste products which create a fire or health hazard or damage the Premises or any portion of the Project, including without limitation in the soils or ground water in or around surrounding the ProjectBuilding. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature, or any waste materials, refuse, scrap or debris, shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the Building other than within designated trash enclosure areas without Landlord’s 's prior approval, which approval may be withheld in its sole discretion.

USES PROHIBITED. Tenant shall not commit or suffer to be committed on the Premises any waste, nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in or around the Premises, nor allow any sale by auction or any other use of the Premises for an unlawful purpose. Tenant shall not (i) damage or overload the electrical, mechanical or plumbing systems of the Premises, (ii) attach, hang or suspend anything from the ceiling, walls or columns of the Building Buildings in excess of the load limits for which such ceiling, walls or columns items are designed, designed or set any load on the floor in excess of the load limits for which such floors are for which the floor is designed, or (iii) generate dust, fumes or waste products which create a fire or health hazard or damage the Premises or any portion of the Project, including without limitation the soils or ground water in or around the Project. No materials, supplies, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials or articles of any nature, or any waste materials, refuse, scrap or debris, shall be stored upon or permitted to remain on any portion of the Premises outside of the Building Buildings without Landlord’s 's prior approval, which approval may be withheld in its sole reasonable discretion.
