Common use of Used Days Clause in Contracts

Used Days. Sick leave shall be allocated in hourly increments and charged against work days only, and shall cease to accumulate and shall not be used by an employee during such period as the employee is on an authorized or unauthorized leave of absence, or is not otherwise regularly providing services to the Employer.
