Common use of Use of the Project Clause in Contracts

Use of the Project. To the best of Xxxxxxxx’s knowledge, there is no (a) plan, study or effort by any governmental authority or any non-governmental person or agency which may adversely affect the current or planned use of the Project, or (b) any intended or proposed governmental requirement (including, but not limited to, zoning changes) which may adversely affect the current or planned use of the Project. There is no moratorium or like governmental order or restriction now in effect with respect to the Project and, to the best of Xxxxxxxx’s knowledge, no moratorium or similar ordinance or restriction is now contemplated.
