USE OF THE PROJECT SITE AND PEACEFUL POSSESSION. 6.2.1 The Concessionaire, subject to complying with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall have the right of use of the Project Site during the Concession Period in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and such right shall be limited for the purposes mentioned in Agreement. The Concessionaire shall not use the Project Site or the Ecotourism & Adventure Park for any other purpose not intended herein.
