USE OF THE PROJECT SITE AND PEACEFUL POSSESSION. 4.4.1. The Licensee, subject to complying with the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, shall have the use of the Site during the License Period in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and limited for the purposes mentioned in SECTION above. The Licensee shall not use the site or the Project Facility for any other purpose.
