Use of the Payment Services. 3.1 When you have a requirement to make a payment using the Payment Services a web link will be sent to the email address or mobile phone number provided by you. When you click on the link you will be brought to a personal payment webpage listing the payments due on your account. When you click to pay a particular payment and enter your payment details your Payment Request will be made.
