Use of the Card. 4.1. The Cardholder shall use the Card and operate the Account in a satisfactory manner. The decision as to whether the Card is being so used or the Account is being so operated rests with the Bank and shall be conclusive and binding on the Account Holder/s and on the Cardholder.
