Use of OMG Information. OTC Markets Group hereby provides to Me a non- exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license to receive and use the OMG Information only for My personal, non-commercial use. At any time I represent to You that I am a Nonprofessional, I understand that I am affirming to You and OTC Markets Group that I meet the definition of Nonprofessional as set forth above. I may not sell, lease, furnish or otherwise permit or provide access to the OMG Information to any other person or to any other office, or place. I will not engage in the operation of any illegal business or use or permit anyone else to use the OMG Information, or any part thereof, for any illegal purpose. I shall not use the OMG Information for Investment Accounting, valuation, or settlement, clearing and custody except in connection with the End-of-Day Pricing Service or the End-of-Day Pricing Service for Professional Information Services. I may not present the OMG Information in any unfair, misleading, or deceptive format. I agree to take reasonable security precautions to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to the OMG Information.

  • Use of De-identified information De-identified information may be used by the Contractor for the purposes of development, research, and improvement of educational sites, services, or applications, as any other member of the public or party would be able to use de-identified data pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31(b).
