Use of Governmental Channels. The Governmental Channels placed under the jurisdiction of the Mayor and the Council shall be used for any purpose permitted by applicable law, as limited by Section 4.2.04 hereof. The Company shall not exercise editorial control over programming or distribution of Services over any Governmental Channel used by any Person(s), except where the Company is utilizing any such Governmental Channel pursuant to the fallow time rules described in Section 4.1.09 hereof or except as otherwise permitted by Section 611(e) of the Cable Act (47 U.S.C. § 531(e)) (or any successor thereto). OCTT may designate one (1) or more additional PEG Entities to use Governmental Channels.
