Common use of Use of Facilities and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of Facilities and Equipment. The Association and its representatives shall have the right, upon prior request, to use school facilities, office and all types of audio-visual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use.
