Use of Evaluation. The Employer shall review with their individual employees the performance factors rated and should stress areas of commendation and areas needing improvement. Specific recommendations on ways of improving performance should be provided. Performance ratings become a part of the employee’s work history and are kept in the employee’s personnel file. Employees will be given a copy of their evaluations.
