Common use of Use of Electrical Energy by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Use of Electrical Energy by Tenant. Tenant's use of electrical energy in the Premises shall not, at any time, exceed the capacity of (i) any of the electrical conductors and equipment in or otherwise servicing the Premises; or (ii) the Premises' heating, ventilating and air-conditioning ("HVAC") systems. The Building is separately metered.
