Common use of Use of Documents Clause in Contracts

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase Agreement, a Preliminary Official Statement and an Official Statement (both as defined below), the Bond Resolution, and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase Agreement.

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase Agreement, a the Preliminary Official Statement and an Official Statement (both as defined below), the Bond ResolutionOfficial Statement (defined below), the District Documents and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, certificates or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase Agreement.

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters Underwriter to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase Agreement, a Preliminary Official Statement and an Official Statement (both as defined below), the Bond Resolution, and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters Underwriter in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase Agreement.

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, the Continuing Disclosure Undertaking (as defined herein), this Purchase AgreementContract, a the Preliminary Official Statement and an (defined herein), the Official Statement (both as defined belowherein), the Bond Resolution, Resolution and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, certificates or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase AgreementContract.

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters Underwriter to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase Agreement, a the Preliminary Official Statement and an Official Statement (both as defined below), the Bond Official Statement (defined below), the Resolution, the Continuing Disclosure Agreement of the District, to be dated the Closing Date, and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, certificates or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters Underwriter in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase Agreement.

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters Underwriter to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase Agreement, a the Preliminary Official Statement and an the Official Statement (both as defined below), the Bond Resolution, and the Continuing Disclosure Certificate of the District, to be dated the Closing Date (the “Continuing Disclosure Certificate”), and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, certificates or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters Underwriter in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase Agreement.

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters Underwriter to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase Agreement, a Preliminary Official Statement and an Official Statement (both as defined below), the Bond Resolution, the Continuing Disclosure Certificate (as defined below), and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters Underwriter in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase Agreement.

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters Underwriter to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase Contract, the Escrow Agreement, a and the Preliminary Official Statement and an Official Statement (both as defined belowherein), Official Statement, and the Continuing Disclosure Certificate (each as defined herein), the Bond Resolution, Resolution and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, certificates or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters Underwriter in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase AgreementContract.

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters Underwriter to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase Agreement, a Preliminary Official Statement Contract and an Official Statement (both as defined below), the Bond Resolution, Resolution and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, certificates or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters Underwriter in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase AgreementContract.

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters Underwriter to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase Contract, the Escrow Agreement, a the Continuing Disclosure Certificate (defined herein), the Preliminary Official Statement (defined herein) and an the Official Statement (both as defined below), the Bond Resolution, Resolution and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, certificates or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters Underwriter in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase AgreementContract.

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters to use, in connection with the offer public offering and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase Agreement, a the Preliminary Official Statement, the Official Statement and an Official Statement (both as defined below), the Bond ResolutionLegal Documents, and all the information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase Agreementtherein.

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, the Resolution, this Purchase Agreement, the Escrow Agreement, a Preliminary Official Statement and an Official Statement (both as defined belowherein), the Bond Resolution, and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, certificates or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase Agreement.

Use of Documents. The District and the County hereby authorizes authorize the Underwriters to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase Agreement, a the Preliminary Official Statement and an the Official Statement (both as defined below), the Bond ResolutionResolutions, the Continuing Disclosure Certificate (defined below), and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, certificates or statements furnished by the District or the County to the Underwriters in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase Agreement.

The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters Underwriter to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase AgreementContract, a Preliminary Official Statement and an Official Statement the Continuing Disclosure Certificate (both as defined belowherein), the Bond ResolutionEscrow Agreement, the Official Statement, the Resolution and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, certificates or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters Underwriter in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase AgreementContract.

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters Underwriter to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase Agreement, a Preliminary Official Statement and an Official Statement (both as defined in Section 10(b) below), the Bond Resolution, and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters Underwriter in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase Agreement.

Use of Documents. The District hereby authorizes the Underwriters Underwriter to use, in connection with the offer and sale of the Bonds, this Purchase Contract, the Continuing Disclosure Certificate (as defined herein), the Escrow Agreement, a Preliminary Official Statement and an the Official Statement (both as defined belowherein), the Bond Resolution, Resolution and all information contained herein and therein and all of the documents, certificates, certificates or statements furnished by the District to the Underwriters Underwriter in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase AgreementContract.

Use of Documents.
