Use of Company Corridors. The City may identify corridors which the Company now or in the future owns in fee within the City and which are similar in nature to transmission corridors of electric utility companies. The City may identify portions of such corridors, if any, as being desirable locations for public parks, playgrounds or recreation areas. In such event, and upon notice by the City, the Company shall negotiate with the City in good faith to reach an agreement providing for such uses by the City; provided that such use shall not be allowed where the Company in good faith believes such use would interfere with the Company’s use of the corridor or materially prejudice its interests in safety. The Company shall assume no liability nor shall it incur, directly or indirectly any additional expense in connection therewith.
