Usages. In this agreement and the certificates, unless otherwise stated or the context otherwise clearly requires, the following usages apply: · “This agreement,” “herein,” “hereof” and words of similar import when used in this agreement will refer to this agreement. · In computing periods from a specified date to a later specified date, the words “from” and “commencing on” (and the like) mean “from and including,” and the words “to,” “until” and “ending on” (and the like) mean “to but excluding.” · An action permitted under this agreement may be taken at any time and from time to time.
