Upon HP’s request the Supplier shall, at any time during the validity of the contractual relationship of which these provisions are a part or any other mutual contractual relationship, prove to HP’s reasonable satisfaction that it has no tax debt for whose payment HP could be a guarantor; such proof shall be made by a declaration issued by the tax administrator, not older than 1 month, if HP does not, acting reasonably, require or agree otherwise.

  • Access Requests (a) Each party agrees to reasonably cooperate with the other in connection with requests to access or amend Personal Data.

  • Third Party Request Should a Third Party, including, but not limited to law enforcement, former employees of the LEA, current employees of the LEA, and government entities, contact Provider with a request for data held by the Provider pursuant to the Services, the Provider shall redirect the Third Party to request the data directly from the LEA and shall cooperate with the LEA to collect the required information. Provider shall notify the LEA in advance of a compelled disclosure to a Third Party, unless legally prohibited.   • Requesting Paper Copies If you would like a paper copy of a Communication we previously sent you electronically, you may print it. You may also request that we send you a paper copy by calling, emailing or writing us via any of the methods set forth in the Contacting Us section (Section 4(j)) below. Such a request must identify the specific electronic Communication for which you want a paper copy.
