Upon Completion of. Employees in the occupational groups of Administrative and Regulatory Levels I through 5 inclusive, institutional and Support Levels 1 through 5 inclusive, and Operational and Labour Level I shall be granted upon successful completion of the probationary (unless would exceed the maximum of the range).
