Common use of Unusual or Imperative Leave Clause in Contracts

Unusual or Imperative Leave. 9.10 A member may be granted a leave up to one (1) year by the Board at loss of full pay for unusual or imperative reasons when no other leave program is applicable. Application and approval must be secured before the absence begins. The member may continue participation in the Board of Education Employee Insurance Plan by assuming full costs of the premium.
