Unusual Job Requirements of Short Duration. The nature of the organization is such that at times it may be necessary for an employee to perform work not normally required in their job for the safety, health or comfort of a client or resident. It is understood that an employee shall not be expected to perform a task for which they are not adequately trained or which is unsafe. If an employee has reasonable cause to believe that the task is unsafe, the employee and Employer will follow the statutory procedure set out in Section 3.12 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation. Section 3.12 is attached as Appendix C for reference.
