Unspent Funds. If the City terminates this Agreement based on Recipient’s failure to comply with any of the terms of the Agreement, Recipient shall immediately deliver to the City any unused or unspent Funds, including interest or dividends earned on the Funds. Recipient shall also, if applicable, return expended funds to the City pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement.
